I have decided that I am a Maven. I am a teacher/tutor, and I have been for many years.
I enjoy teaching young children. I am also still a student, I still take classes. I like to learn
new things. I share what I learn.

Reflections on The Tipping Point
The first two chapters of The Tipping Point were interesting.
First, the word contagious scares me, especially when it has to do with an epidemic.
Changes can happen quickly, I believe that. The Syphilis epidemic in Baltimore was
scary to read. The Aids epidemic is the worst. How one person can change so many lives, wow.
I didn't yawn when I read about yawning in the book, did you?
When I was a child growing up, I could memorize every commercial on TV,
but I had trouble memorizing any homework.
I am not a connector. I do not make friends easily.
I am not energetic. and I am not confident.
I might be a Maven. I like to collect knowledge.
I like to help others, and help them solve problems.
I am not a salesmen. I cannot persuade people
One more thought on the reading. I don't think I am a bystander,
I think I would get involved if it was to help someone.
